S T I R R E D

August 25, 2012

It’s been abit but very soon another hurricane will blow its way across SW Florida. I searched for an older storm poem (3 yrs back) to chime w/the settling  (or better I say, “unsettling”)  mood of our targeted area/ May we always acknowledge impending storm

mean clouds meant to be prominent

as bursting grapes, in purple paint

An angry wind make night sounds

sound the mightier

Something way too alive will storm through

then will grow faint

Taking leave

of this area  and evening here

Leaving us stirred,  and mightier,

And now saved by our safe.
