On Telling Constellations

November 25, 2011

I was asked to make a map

of this  town’s  constellations.

I guess I’ll go in and get right on it,

It couldn’t be a cloudier night.

Sure, they’re shrouded now

In cloudy mists,

Old gods, & myths of senseless consequence,

More fearfilled  fireside  fancy,

More lying lore  to law.
